As a young woman trying to figure out the world and her place in it, Anna uses painting as a way both to process life experiences and to highlight the beauty she finds in the world. Deeply inspired by the land of her youth—lush, untamed nature of rural Hawai’i—Anna draws imagery from her surroundings as a means both to symbolically reflect her inner world and honor the environment that makes her feel most alive.
Anna is currently studying at the University of Notre Dame, pursuing her undergraduate degree with a major in the Program of Liberal Studies, and taking painting classes as often as she can. The great books she reads for her major and constant philosophical discussion filters into Anna’s work and encourages her to weave together the deeply meaningful aspects of life with the aesthetic.

Anna is available for commissions (portraits, landscapes, etc.) and can be contacted by emailing .
